5:00 PM MANDATORY Pre-Race Meeting @West End Kaluakoi parking behind the pool
5:30 PM UNESCORTED FOILERS: Mandatory meeting with safety equipment (VHF Radio and EPIRB) after general safety.
6:00 PM Pre Race Welcome Dinner. Dinner is a cash donation of $20 for Youth In Motion.

9:00 AM LAST CHANCE: Unescorted Foilers safety check and mandatory meeting with safety equipment. Unescorted FOILERS will be disqualified if equipment has not been checked.

11:15 AM WAVE #4: ALL WING FOIL (INCL WOMEN, ESCORTED, and UNESCORTED WINGERS)
(Results from the M2M race Friday July 17th may be reviewed for wave start considerations and finalized prior to mandatory race meeting Sunday the 19th.)

We will offer lunch from Duke’s Waikiki, water and soda, first aid, finish medals, merch sales, and athlete gear pick up that will not be distributed on Molokai (mugs and extra gear purchased.)
NEW THIS YEAR AWARDS BANQUET
6:30pm -9pm Awards Party at Outrigger Canoe Club at 2909 Kalakaua Ave. Check in begins at 6pm. All athletes receive a ticket. Extra tickets can be reserved here with final payment at the door. We are limited to 300 guests. Please plan accordingly.
We will continue to have merchandise sales, athlete gear pick and finisher medals for athletes that do not come to shore at Kaimana.
