Morning Prayer 7:00 am.
Paddleboard Race starts at 7:30 a.m.
Stand up division starts at 8:00 a.m.
Course: From the water at Kalua Koi on Molokai to the beach at the Maunalua Bay Beach Park bath house, a distance of approximately 32 miles.
Divisions Paddleboards and Stand Up Paddleboards. Both disciplines will have individual stock and unlimited classes, women’s stock and UL classes, and 2 persons and 3 person relays in stock. See entry blank for age group divisions. Top 3 across the line will be etched on the perpetual trophy.
Equipment
Paddleboard stock (12 feet) or paddleboard unlimited boards (over 12 feet)
No rudders on stock boards (paddleboards).
SUP stock (14 feet or under, no rudder) or SUP unlimited (anything over 14 feet, including 14 ‘ with rudder)
Paddles (other than stand up divisions), webbed gloves, sails, or other such aids not allowed.
No weight restrictions on boards.

First 3 individuals to beach will be inscribed on perpetual trophy for both SUP and Paddleboard.
Top 3 finishers in each division will receive awards.
Entry fee:
$100.00 for individuals, $200.00 for teams for entries received before June 1, 2010.
$150 for individuals and $300.00 for teams for entries received after June 1, 2010
3 person teams, limit 6 total, (3 for paddleboard and 3 for SUP) will be $300 before June 1 and $450 after June 1.
Entry fee includes t-shirt, race jersey, dinner at the Kalua Koi Villas on the eve of the event 7/24/10 and light lunch and refreshments at the finish. Extra dinners $25.00.
NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JULY 1st 2010.
Athletes on the waitlist will be notified as space becomes available. Please read the entries and rules carefully.
Entry requirements: The race director may refuse entry to anyone who cannot prove they are capable of paddling 5 miles in less than one hour. Please fill out race history in the entry blank. Any team or individual that has not rounded Kawaihoa Point after 8 hours will be picked up by their escort boat and brought to the finish line.
REGISTRATION will open March 15th
Registration is complete with the following steps completed and info in hand to race director/office by July 1st. Drop Dead date is July 1st. If these 4 steps are not completed by July 1st, we will drop the entrant to the bottom of the wait list and advance the first person on the waitlist into the event.

- Boat info submitted with boat waiver signed by escort driver/captain by July 1st. The boat waiver can be mailed, faxed or scanned and emailed to the race office. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Event will confirm your entry via email and post your name online upon receipt of steps 1-3. The event has the right to decline entries due to lack of experience or merits and will be based solely on the safety and longevity of the event. Athlete will be notified directly from race director immediately or asked to submit verification of ability in timely matter.
Refund Policy
If your entry is denied by the race director for not having met the physical standards set by the event you will be refunded in full minus $25 for process and handling up until the July 1st deadline. If you have any questions regarding physical standards, please contact the race director.
You may pull from the event and request a refund via email up until July 1st and the event will refund you in full minus the $25 handling fee.
After July 1st an athlete may pull from the event and request a refund via email up until July 15th and the event will refund athlete in full minus the $50. (heather@molokai2oahu.com)
No refunds will be issued after July 15th. No waitlist athletes will advance to official start list after July 15th.
As space becomes available, the event will advance the next athlete on the wait list and the athlete will be informed by the race director.
